Make a Booking

In order to have your tour confirmed, we require a deposit of 30% at the time of booking. The balance should be paid on arrival or at the day of the activity in cash or by credit card. You can also pay the full amount of your activity in advance. A transaction fee of 5% will be added for the payments of the balance by Card or PayPal.

Once you pay the deposit, it’s not refundable, instead, it can be credited to the payment of another trip taken within 48 weeks of the original date of your travel arrangements, with less costs incurred.

As soon as you make your booking, you will receive an immediate confirmation with all necessary information.

Passenger names, as they appear on passports, should be provided.

Every person is responsible for any visa and passport requirements. You can obtain information on visa and passport requirements from your nearest Moroccan Embassy or at www.morocco.embassyhomepage.com

Amend a Booking

Except for some cases, your booking cannot be changed within 20 days of the start of your travel arrangements without extra costs.

The majority of riads with less than ten rooms require full payment during the time of cancellation policy which is up to 30 days. Please bear in mind that any hotel or riad cancellation within 30 days of your travel’s date may require additional costs.

If you want an amendment, please contact us and confirm your request in writing. We will take it into consideration but we can’t ensure any amendments. Extra costs incurred for any amendments.

For amendments made during a tour i.e. change of itinerary by you, there is no refund for any accommodations not used.

For confirmed amendments, you are responsible for ensuring that your visa and/or insurance cover remains valid.

Shared Tours

On shared tours, none has the right to make any changes to the itinerary without the acceptance of everybody. If someone on the tour gets sick, it might not go as arranged, and means extra nights in a hotel/riad which incurs additional costs.

Cancel a Booking

If you want to cancel your booking, contact us as soon as possible. The charge of cancellation depends on the number of the days before your travel arrangement. The booking periode is mentioned in the page of activity.

The price of Private Group Bookings depends on the number of seats reserved. If one or more seats are cancelled, the price will be affected.

Force Majeure

When in force majeure, if we are forced to cancel your whole trip or part of it, you will be refunded, but you won’t be paid any compensation.

Special Requests

For any special requests (ex: wheelchair…), please contact us in writing before booking. Anything not confirmed in writing by us is not part of our contract.

Complaints

When you should complain about something, tell your driver/guide or contact us; we will blithely be there for help and solve the problem as soon as possible.
