Itinerary
You will start this excursion from your hotel in Tangier and drive towards Assilah. The latter is the first town south of Tangier and is spotless. Asilah has a deep-rooted history on account of the many generations which had taken part in its construction. But, Assilah did not prosperous until the 1970s when it whitewashed and cleaned up.
On your arrival, however, you will go first exploring its beautifully decorated Medina. You will navigate through its alleys, admire a series of murals painted in its walls, and have a spectacular view of its ramparts and the ocean. Also, you may like going for a walk or a swim in the town’s outstanding beach.
For lunch, a couple of restaurants and cafes are to be found easily in the Medina and around. This allows you to choose from a diverse menu of seafood dishes including Spanish-style dishes, drinks, dessert, etc.
You will drive back to Tangier by mid-afternoon.
